In today's lesson we picked up where we stopped last lesson which was carrying on with analysing each scene and seeing what needed to improved. The scene we looked at today was the Artaud scene between the witches. Myself and my group thought that we were not including any Artaudain techniques in our play, and since he was one of our chosen practioners we had to quickly fix this. Therefore we decided that the scene in which the witches transform into Lady Macbeth would be Artaudain.
We worked on this scene and decided that when I scream to the audience I would go to the middle of our thrust stage with perhaps a red spotlight on me. I thought this would work really well in not only keeping with our chosen practioner but it would really scare the audience. Another comment we made was that we felt the scene was quite short and we've decided to make it longer by prolonging our walking towards the audience and to also choreograph a small routine for the scene.
